Support privacy boundary

Support may request a client version, browser or operating-system details, an opaque packet identifier, aggregate diagnostics, or a user-supplied screenshot. Support will never ask for recovery words, private keys, a decrypted vault, or private message text.

Current response target

Preview support aims to acknowledge security reports within two business days and other requests within three business days. This is a target, not a contractual service-level agreement.
